our stay at the riverside hotel was amazing, exceeding our expectations after a disappointing previous stay in lagoa. the junior suite was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning balcony view of the river. the peaceful setting made for a relaxing honeymoon. we enjoyed exploring the nearby national and toll roads with our hired car.

Pleasant surprise in finding a beautiful river view from our room. The pool and gym were well-maintained. Maria at the restaurant was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The pool was very nice and the hotel had modern and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff, especially Maria in the restaurant, were really nice and helpful. The location was good, with nearby supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. We also liked that it was close to a railway station, making it easy to travel to other resorts at a low cost.

Guests can also enjoy the beautiful view of the river from their balconies. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with spacious bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast offers a wide range of hot and cold options to suit all preferences.

The staff at the reception could be more welcoming and friendly.

The view from the balcony was nice, and the adult swimming pools were clean and well-maintained. the breakfast offered a decent selection of food.

The staff weren't very friendly or welcoming. There wasn't a lot to do in the area around the hotel, and the smell from the nearby sewage plant was overwhelming at times.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with breathtaking views over the Arade River. The spacious and clean room, along with the modern bathroom, provided a comfortable and luxurious experience. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel's facilities were superb and the location within the Lagoa district was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location right on the river was absolutely stunning, especially in the early evening when the calm waters reflected the beautiful sunset. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent room service and always available to assist with any needs. The amenities were top-notch, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I enjoyed a rejuvenating massage and body wrap, which left me feeling relaxed and pampered. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a sun terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

That the hotel was quite secluded, so having a car is necessary if you want to explore the surrounding area or eat out. Another drawback was that the food options at the hotel were limited, and there weren't many decent restaurants within walking distance.
