During my stay at Goralski Dworek, I had a fantastic experience. The facilities were very new and well-maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. One evening, my friends and I wanted to play table tennis, but we couldn't find the rockets. It was already 8pm and we thought it was too late to ask for help. However, the owner went above and beyond by personally driving to the shop to buy new rockets for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our evening unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer experience and attention to detail.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the new facilities at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the overall customer experience was top-notch. The standout moment was when we wanted to play table tennis, but couldn't find any good rockets. Even though it was 8pm, the owner went above and beyond by driving to the shop to buy new ones for us to use. That was truly amazing and we are extremely grateful for the extra effort!
