We stayed at a beautiful hotel with well-trained staff. the room on the top floor was huge, with a big comfortable bed and a spotlessly clean environment. Our favorite part was the wellness area, which had a big pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. It was perfect for relaxing after a day of snowboarding. the breakfast was impressive with a variety of options including omelettes, waffles, fresh juices, cereals, bread. the hotel service was great and the location was ideal, being close to the bus station, tourist information office, and a nice walking distance from the main street. we felt so looked after and pampered at Grand Hotel Stamary.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the center and close to the national park. This made it easy for us to explore the area and participate in outdoor activities.

The rooms at the hotel felt a bit outdated compared to other hotels we have stayed in. They could use some modernization and the facilities in the room, such as the hairdryer, were lacking a bit.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture and carpets. The staff were very friendly and helpful, attending to every request promptly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the hotel also had a spa and swimming pool for guests to enjoy.

The hotel's wifi was a disappointment as it didn't work anywhere, which was frustrating considering it is an essential feature for many travelers.

The view from our room was amazing, we could see the snow-covered mountains and it was the perfect setting for a romantic escape. the breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. the location was convenient for exploring the town.

The staff at the reception were not friendly. We had some trouble with the WiFi and they didn't seem to know how to help us.

the spacious room was well-equipped and had a small balcony with beautiful views. Although there was no air-conditioning, it was quiet enough to leave the balcony door open. the hotel also had a fantastic spa where I could relax after a day of trekking in the mountains. the staff was friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the complimentary dessert and drink.
