The wifi was difficult to connect to and kept disconnecting. some areas in the spa, such as the sauna, were in need of repairs.

I had a fantastic stay at Grey Spa in Szklarska Poreba. the hotel is conveniently located, just a short 5-minute walk to the center of town where you can find plenty of restaurants and bars. Despite being next to the main road, the hotel is elevated, so you hardly hear any noise inside. the highlight of my stay was definitely the unlimited wellness facilities. With 3 saunas and 1 jacuzzi, it was the perfect way to relax after a day of hiking in the nearby mountains. the breakfast was also delicious and varied every day, offering a wide selection of options.

Can't fault the property in any way. 😊
