Absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel. It exceeded all expectations. The twin room we requested turned out to be a spacious, quiet and luxurious ground floor accessible room. The view of the beautiful inner courtyard from our room was stunning, and the small terrace was a nice touch. The pool and spa area were larger than anticipated and provided a true luxury experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even catering to our vegan and vegetarian diets with a delicious vegan porridge dish. The hotel's location on a quiet street, yet just a short walk from the main square, was perfect. a fabulous experience at H15 Luxury Palace.

The spa and pool facilities are fabulous. The breakfast offers a variety of choices and is delicious. The hotel is centrally located, close to bars, restaurants, and shopping. The attention to detail in every corner of the hotel is impressive. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is well-appointed with lovely soaps and creams from Occitane. a faultless stay that exceeded our expectations.

Our Easter stay was amazing! the breakfast spread was top-notch and we loved that you could order freshly cooked eggs to your liking. the hotel location was perfect, only a few minutes away from the main square and very close to all the tourist attractions. We also appreciated the prompt and low-cost taxi service offered by the hotel for our convenience.

That it was a bit challenging to find the hotel building as it was located in a restricted traffic zone. We had to drive into a "no traffic" zone and let the police know we were staying at the hotel.

We were also impressed by the hotel's tranquil ambiance and incredibly comfortable beds.

I had an enjoyable stay at this luxury hotel. the staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and their knowledge about the city and nearby attractions was outstanding. the indoor swimming pool and the spa centre were some of the exclusive amenities which added extra relaxation to my stay. the full body massage I received in the spa, along with the steam room and the spa lounge, was heavenly.

Although it is a minor issue, I found the restaurant to be slightly overpriced for the meals served. this does not change my perspective on this hotel since it is located in an area where there are many other eating options nearby.

Staying at this luxury hotel was a treat! The staff was friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. The breakfast was delicious and of excellent quality. The hotel room had a beautiful view overlooking the inner patio and was equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the main square in the old town, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafes. my stay at this 5-star hotel was outstanding.

We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first, as the navigation systems led us in the wrong direction. However, once we found it, we were amazed by the perfect location and the beautiful room. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was excellent, catering to my gluten-allergic children. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel's bistro, The Hours, which had a diverse and delicious menu. The New Year's Eve celebration at the Artesse restaurant was the perfect way to ring in the new year. The hotel's communication and airport pick-up service were seamless. I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy atmosphere, central location, excellent service, and delightful amenities including the spa and fitness center. We can't wait to come back!

Despite a few minor issues like uncomfortable pillows and check-in/check-out taking longer than expected, our stay at H15 Luxury Palace was still fantastic. The historical center location meant there was no parking right next to the hotel, but that was understandable.
