Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The lack of maintenance in the hotel was evident, with doors in the hallway showing signs of wear and tear.

I had a fantastic stay at Autentico Monterrey. The location was perfect, with a major shopping mall right across the street and plenty of restaurants and entertainment venues nearby. The free parking and efficient valet service made it easy for me to explore the area with my rented car. The standard king-size bed room was cozy and comfortable, with minimalist decor and indirect lighting that created a relaxing atmosphere. Everything in the room was spotlessly clean, from the bed linen to the towels. The bathroom was spacious and the tiny sofa added a nice touch. The rooftop views were breathtaking, and the swimming pool and restaurant were amazing. I particularly loved dining al fresco on the rooftop terrace, enjoying the stunning views of the mountains and modern architecture. The food at the hotel's restaurant, Reys, was simply outstanding. They have managed to blend traditional northeastern Mexican cuisine with a modern and fusion twist, resulting in dishes that were both surprising and delicious. The service at the restaurant was also excellent. I had a wonderful experience at Autentico Monterrey and I highly recommend it.

I had an amazing experience staying in this place. The location is perfect, right in the center of all the action. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and a shopping mall just across the street. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The service in the bar was excellent, and they even managed to find the Arsenal football match for me to watch. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax in the evening, with beautiful views and a lovely atmosphere.
