The location of the hotel was great, close to attractions and restaurants. The shopping center and market hall were also nearby. The hotel had a nice restaurant with a beautiful view of the river. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The housekeeping was quite loud early in the morning, which was disturbing. They also didn't clean the dirty towels and glasses.

the location and staff at hanza were amazing! such a comfortable room and the attached restaurant, zafishowani, served the most delicious fish dishes. we even went back on our second night. overall, a truly amazing stay.
