During our romantic escape, we loved the luxurious and renovated facilities of the hotel. the aqua park was a highlight, with slides for swimmers and plenty of activities for children under 3. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxation, especially with the warm temperature and water gymnastics. We also appreciated the fact that towels were included in the price and that the area was clean and well-maintained. the hotel offered a range of amenities for adults, including outdoor and indoor bubble baths, making it a great destination for a child-free getaway.

One of the rooms had an unpleasant smell, and despite reporting the issue, it was not resolved satisfactorily. the TV remote also did not work initially, but after bringing it to the reception's attention, it was replaced.

Absolute recommendation. Big rooms. Friendly staff. Fantastic waterpark and lunch buffet. Spotless decor. Spiffy and comfy rooms. Good selection and quality of meals. Outside pool and jacuzzi with mountain views. Interesting nearby locations like Skolnity.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The spa and wellness center were amazing, offering a wide range of relaxing treatments and services. The indoor swimming pool was a great bonus, perfect for a refreshing swim. my experience here was exceptional and I would highly recommend it.

I would recommend this hotel to all.

Relaxing Aqua Park

The water park is the main attraction. Staff can improve. Spa and swimming pool were enjoyable. Room was comfortable with extra bed. Plenty of children's attractions. Spacious, quiet, clean room. Spotless bathroom with good shower. Reception provided kettle for tea/coffee. Bottled water provided daily. New decor, rooms are comfy. Staff becoming friendlier. Best lunch buffet in the region.

Spent xmas with family in a huge hotel with plenty of activities. the rooms were big, comfortable and well-equipped. the great advantage was that we could enjoy an indoor water park, a gym, a play area for the kids, cinema room and even a night club. the hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to the ski slopes and other amenities in the area.

Some aspects could have been better. the water park was sometimes too crowded and could have been cleaner.

The food options at the hotel were impressive, with a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, dinner, and supper. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of sausages, stuffed eggs, and salads, and I loved that they also made made-to-order items like omelets and ham and eggs. The dinner and supper buffets had a fantastic range of starters, soups, main dishes, garnishes, salads. the hotel's aqua park was included in the price, which was a major perk.

There were some downsides to my stay. The room I was given was quite cold when I arrived and took a while to warm up.
