This place exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect as it provided easy access to all the major sights. Additionally, there was a large supermarket nearby which was very convenient. The staff here were exceptional, providing top-notch customer service with their polite and friendly manner. They were always ready to assist and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room itself was beautifully decorated and provided all the comforts I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The amenities, such as the spa center and fitness studio, added to the overall luxurious experience of my stay.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. The staff, location, and amenities were all top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel had fabulous staff who couldn't do enough to help, a great location, and excellent facilities. The breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of options. The room was well-equipped with modern fixtures and a comfortable bed. The rooftop bar offered a fabulous view, and the reception bar had 2 for 1 cocktails. it was a perfect stay for families.

Stayed for 5 nights for a friends wedding. Chose an executive room for the extra space and amenities, worth it! Perfectly located near the central square and castle. Breakfast and wedding breakfast were superb. Staff were excellent and attentive.

During our romantic getaway, we were thrilled with the complimentary chocolates and champagne waiting for us in our room. the location was excellent, just a short walk away from the castle and beautiful views. the breakfast had a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and we especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice.

The noise from the trams passing by early in the morning was a bit bothersome, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. the shower was a bit awkwardly positioned and resulted in water spilling onto the floor.

For the value we paid, our stay at Hotel Kossak was fantastic. The room was modern, spacious, and came with slippers and bathrobes, adding that extra touch of comfort. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the castle and conveniently close to supermarkets and a food stall right outside the main door. Their helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

One small thing that could improve the breakfast experience is to offer more vegan options, such as plant-based milk.
