the location was perfect for sightseeing, airport access, and the ICE conference center. the staff were friendly, accommodating, and allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. the hotel also provided a delicious evening meal and had good WIFI connectivity. the experience was fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location across the river from the old town of Krakow was perfect, as it was in a quiet area within short distances to most of the places I wanted to visit. Being just across the river, I enjoyed the beautiful views of the Vistula river and the unreal view of the castle from my room. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were satisfactory. I particularly loved the rooms with a Wawel view, as waking up to the sight of the castle was truly magical. The breakfast, with its views of the castle, was also a delightful way to start the day.

This hotel has an amazing location right in the centre of the old town, with a beautiful view across the river of the castle. It is situated between the two visible bridges on the river bend, offering a picturesque setting. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast is basic but satisfactory, with a selection of ham, cheese, and cereal. a great choice for a city break.

The carpets throughout the hotel are in need of a deep clean.

Beautiful views

The location of the hotel was great, we had a lovely view from our room and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was quite decent with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was poorly maintained with stained carpets and outdated facilities. the room was not very clean and we noticed an unpleasant smell on several occasions.

We had a wonderful stay at the Poleski! The superior room we booked had an amazing view of Wawel Castle. The room was always clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. The continental breakfast had a great variety of options. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back during the summer. I highly recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Hotel Poleski was great, and the room was spacious with a lovely view of Wawel Castle. The location was perfect, right by the river with a beautiful walking path, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Breakfast items could have been better, maybe some more variety would have been nice.
