The hotel's location was perfect, with convenient parking options. The room was clean and tidy, with great holiday decorations and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, spoke perfect English, and provided helpful information about the city. The meals at the restaurant were delicious, both for dinner and breakfast. we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I must say, staying at this 4-star hotel was an absolute pleasure. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. I loved how this place was just a short stroll away from all the major tourist spots. Plus, the view from the hotel, overlooking the river, was simply breathtaking.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the Ratusz Old Town Hall, the Cathedral at Ostrow Tumski, and the bustling main Square where the Xmas markets were on. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a smart TV and minibar. The breakfast spread was fabulous, offering a wide range of delicious options. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the charming cityscape.

There was a lack of attention to cleanliness in the room, with noticeable spider webs around the windows and long hairs in the sinks and towels.

The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, offering a beautiful panorama of the city. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and we loved starting our day with a meal while enjoying the breathtaking view. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything we wanted to explore in the city. The staff also provided us with excellent navigation tips, making it easy for us to get around and explore all the attractions. Lastly, the beds in our room were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Our stay at Hp Park Plaza was fantastic. The location was ideal, providing us with easy access to the town center and beautiful views of the park and river. We particularly enjoyed the boat cruise across the river, which added a unique touch to our tour of the city. The staff were friendly and provided helpful suggestions for dining and exploring. The hotel itself had old elegance and the buffet breakfast was delicious. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Wroclaw.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a big TV. the location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the main square and the Christmas market. Plus, the hotel provided free bottled water every day, which was a nice touch.

The walls were thin, so we could hear our neighbors talking and the street noise outside. the breakfast was underwhelming, with limited choices and cold food.

We had a fantastic stay at Hp Park Plaza! The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and a luxurious bathtub. The staff were incredibly attentive and understanding, especially when I fell ill on the morning of check-out. The food in the restaurant was exceptionally good, and the river-facing view from our 6th-floor room was stunning. We also appreciated the curtains that properly blocked out light and made our room quiet and peaceful. The breakfast selection was extensive and everything was fresh. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore on foot. The staff, both at reception and in housekeeping, went above and beyond to accommodate any request.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel had an ideal location, close to the town square. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the river Odra. There was a variety of TV channels available, including one about Wroclaw and the hotel itself. The housekeeping service was excellent. The hotel also had ground level and underground parking facilities. The restaurant offered good meals, both for dinner and breakfast. it was a great place to stay.
