We were pleasantly surprised by the spotless condition of the apartment at Complejo Belroy 4* Sup. The staff were super friendly and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main strip of bars and the beach. We also appreciated the Valera hairdryer in the bathroom and the decent body wash and shampoo provided.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Benidorm, making it easy to explore the city and access transportation options like the coach to the airport. Additionally, guests can enjoy a meal at the Paris cafe, which is located right in the hotel.

The small lifts in the hotel tend to jam between floors, causing inconvenience to guests.

I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, as it is right across the road from the bus stop which offers a direct bus to and from the airport. This made getting to and from the hotel incredibly convenient. Additionally, the staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the amenities such as the ironing facilities and in-room safe. Furthermore, the hotel offers a variety of dining options, from a buffet breakfast to a poolside snack bar. The food was absolutely delicious and I was impressed with the selection.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families. The facilities and services are top-notch, making it an ideal choice for those traveling with children.

I felt totally happy with my stay at this hotel. The reception staff, especially Mari Carmen, were lovely and made me feel welcome. The hotel itself was fabulous, with clean rooms and excellent security measures such as key card access. Its central location was also a major advantage, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel staff quickly addressed any issues I had, such as the uncomfortable beds and the lack of duvets. Despite small inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel was fantastic! the room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help us with any questions we had. We also loved the location of the hotel, which was close to many great restaurants and attractions. the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that our room had a bit of a smokey smell, which was not very pleasant. We had to keep the windows open during our entire stay to try and air it out.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the beach and bars all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even sent up a bottle of wine for my birthday. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also had great amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, and a lovely garden area. I had a wonderful experience at this place.
