The hotel is located in a pleasant gated park, just off the town center, offering pleasant 3-star accommodation. The rooms are immaculate with a terrace, plenty of cupboard space, and a first-class bathroom. The staff is hands-on and interested, providing excellent service. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel has a nice, good-sized outdoor pool and a spa for relaxation. The location is also great, situated in the foothills of the mountains, in a lovely walking area with excellent transport links.

The WiFi signal in some rooms was poor or nonexistent.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained, and I was delighted to wake up to an excellent view each morning. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast included in the room rate, offering a wide selection of tasty options to start the day off right.

Spent New Year's Eve with my loved ones at a hotel in the Alsace region. the hotel's location close to the airport and attractions was perfect. the rooms were cozy and comfortable, and we especially liked the terrace with its stunning views. the onsite restaurant offered delicious meals, and we enjoyed the excellent wine selection.

Although we had a wonderful experience in the hotel, it was a bit disappointing that the family room was quite small. the bathroom had a faulty handle that required attention, and this was a bit inconvenient.
