Lack of extra pillows.

The location is great, just a short walk to the city center and the popular Aqua Park. It's also conveniently located near the train and bus station. The reception desk is quick and efficient, perfect if you're in a hurry and need a quick refreshment from their downstairs fruit juice bar. And for the price, you can't beat it. You'd have to pay twice as much for a hotel that's closer to the old town.

The parking garage is a bit far from the hotel entrance.

Everything was perfect - no improvements needed!

I recently stayed at Ibis in Wroclaw for a few days. The location was perfect - within walking distance of the central railway station and the main market square. Despite being close to these tourist spots, the area was pleasantly quiet. The check-in process was quick, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities in working order. The soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. I was also pleasantly surprised by the personalized birthday gifts left in the room by the hotel staff. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location! Right next to the train station and in walking distance to all the main attractions. Supermarket and pharmacies nearby for convenience. the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help.

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was okay, not amazing, but it did the job.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast at Ibis was a delightful surprise – a wide selection of cereals, fruits, pastries, meats, cheeses. The location of the hotel was superb, with a tram stop right outside and easy access to the city center. The staff, especially Mark and Alicja, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a pleasant experience at Ibis and would recommend it to others.

Excellent choice of freshly cooked breakfast and dined in the restaurant. The location is a 10-minute walk to the central bus/train station and the heart of the old town. Good-sized room, comfortable bed, and powerful shower. Great choice for shorter stays. Hotel location within walking distance to the Market square and popular Aqua Park.
