Friendly staff, excellent facilities, good half-board, tranquil location, valuable included food on expensive island. Some language barrier but helpful. Surprisingly comfortable bed with memory foam for restful sleep. Peaceful culdesac location, accessible by bike/car/motorcycle/taxi. Delicious themed dinner options, with steak, prawns, and fresh fish. Breakfast can be improved. Free picnic basket adds value. Good value for money.

The hotel is ideally located, close to everything and right at the sea. It is not far from the beach and offers easy access to the best beaches on the island. The rooms are clean and spacious, with spectacular views of the ocean. The staff provides attentive service and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options.

Some amenities provided by the hotel, such as shampoo and coffee pods, could have been included rather than having to purchase them separately.

The swimming pool at this hotel was a highlight, offering a splendid view of the nearby Es Pujols beach. The layout of the pool area was well-designed, with plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The rooms were also spacious and featured very comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day.

The Wi-Fi connection at the hotel was extremely poor, making it difficult to get a signal or use the internet effectively.

I had a very good stay in this hotel. the location is amazing, with a splendid view of the coast. Secondly, the rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities you might need. And finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We stayed in June and Sunway staff were welcoming and friendly. They helped us find a shortcut along the coast path to the beach and town. the swimming pool and terraces with stunning views were amazing. Our upper floor apartment had a roomy terrace where we could relax and enjoy the sea view. the variety of food in the restaurant was excellent, and they even provided a free lunchbox if requested in advance.

The pool area was nice and cozy, it had a good atmosphere with nice sunbeds. the breakfast had a good variety of fruits and juices. the location was convenient, it was near a tourist place with many small shops available.

The room smelled old and stagnant, it wasn't inviting at all for a romantic escape. the receptionist was rude and not helpful at all.

We absolutely loved the panoramic views of the Es Pujols coastline from the hotel. The well-maintained pool, bar, and greenery were also impressive. Additionally, the continental breakfast had a broad selection and was hearty. The rooms were well-equipped, with a double bed, sofa bed, and in-room WiFi. We especially enjoyed the floor-length glass door leading out to the balcony with a view of the sea. The availability of bike and scooter rentals on-site was a convenient perk.

We felt completely happy with our stay and had no complaints.
