The database provided was extremely user-friendly, making it easy for me to find the information I needed quickly. the room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the dinner at the hotel restaurant was also incredible, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

It would be great to see this improved in the future.

The themed parties were lit, and the live music had us dancing all night. the location was perfect for late-night snacks too!

Wish there was a bigger selection of fun activities for young party-goers, like a dedicated teen hangout spot.

Excellent Afternoon Tea Termal Journey experience: delicious food, access to spa facilities, and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the misleading information concerning room rates and limited spa access for hotel guests detracted from the overall experience.

Really dug the Winander side vibe - super clean room, modern decor, and cool views from the rooftop terrace. the thermal journey? Pure bliss, man. Plus, those cocktails and spa treatments were the bomb! 😊

At my first stay, staff kindly guided me to dining spots. Everything I need is here: Free Wi-Fi, Restaurant, Fitness centre, Spa, Flat-screen TV. I return for romantic escapes. With amenities like Hiking, Canoeing, and a Beach, I have no regrets.

The dining experience at Low Wood Bay was a culinary journey through local delights, tastier than a Kendal mint cake on a chilly fell walk. the in-room breakfast was a delightful wake-up call, and the packed lunches fueled our Ambleside adventures. Nearby, the Sailingdinnercruises offered a taste of Windermere on a plate.

Despite the delectable dining, poor communication left a bitter taste. Parking fees were a drizzle on a sunny day, but couldn't dampen the overall experience.

My recent business trip to Low Wood Bay in Windermere was made truly unforgettable by the indulgent experience offered at the Spa at Low Wood Bay. the feeling of unpretentious luxury was evident as soon as I stepped in, with a beautiful range of natural products and treatments tailored to suit my needs. the Hideaway was a peaceful sanctuary where I could unwind and rejuvenate with a salt bath and personalized treatment. the main indoor swimming pool provided a perfect way to relax or get in a few laps before starting the day.

Chose this hotel for a training session due to excellent conference facilities. the dedicated conference center and exclusive accommodation for conferences were perfect for hosting meetings.

Missed having a reliable room service for work-related needs.

Upon arrival, the hotel's reception area offers a warm welcome and helpful staff to assist. the location is conveniently situated within walking distance of Waterhead for scenic boat rides. the spa area provides a relaxing retreat under a controlled environment.

Disappointment in the changes to the breakfast setup.

The spa facilities were amazing, perfect for relaxation during our Easter break. the Blue Smoke restaurant was top, notch, offering superb dining experiences.

Our room was disappointingly dirty, with dirty mirrors and a horrid, looking fridge. the staff were rude and unhelpful, with a late check, in and no follow, up about our experience.
