Best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, especially Giuseppe who went above and beyond to assist with trip planning and recommendations. the location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of the city with easy access to bars, restaurants, and attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view.

Worst aspect was the breakfast, which was quite basic and limited. It consisted of only a hot or cold drink and a pastry from a local bakery.

We were thrilled with the location of our hotel. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, just steps away from the main square. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore all the attractions and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. Plus, we loved that we could easily stroll to Lionelli's Beach for some sun and sea. The spacious and comfortable rooms provided a cozy retreat after a long night out, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

This hotel in the center of Sorrento exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the prime location in the city center. We were able to easily explore all that Sorrento has to offer, including its main restaurants and charming shops.

We were on a trip during Easter and the amazing complementary chocolate eggs and baskets made our stay! the central location was also a plus, we could easily walk to the restaurants and attractions. the view from the window was great as well!

The noise from the street made it hard to sleep at night and the breakfast was underwhelming, with no variety on offer. the staff didn't seem as friendly or helpful as mentioned in other reviews we had seen, which was a disappointment.
