As a backpacker, I loved the convenient location near Old Town with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds were top-notch. The hotel's modern design and reliable WiFi were a big plus. The spa was a great amenity, open from 9am to 9pm, and the breakfast had a wide range of options for every taste.

Felt right at home, no complaints.

The staff at Jess Hotel & Spa Warsaw Old Town were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and good lighting. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options including eggs, sausages, fresh bread, and even Thai food. The spa facilities were fantastic, with a hot jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas, and a fantastic shower experience. our stay at Jess Hotel & Spa Warsaw Old Town was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

The staff was amazing, always ready to help, friendly and able to communicate in several languages. We loved the spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and great lighting. the breakfast had a variety of options, including standard fare like eggs and sausages, and more exotic choices like Pad Thai and fresh salads. the fact that the spa was included in the price was a huge bonus, and we enjoyed the hot jacuzzi and saunas.

Located right in the heart of the historic city centre, Jess Hotel & Spa offers a prime location for exploring the area. With multiple bus lines nearby, it's easy to get around and visit other parts of the city. Plus, you'll find a plethora of bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The rooms are functional and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like towels, cosmetics, and a smart TV. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Occasional odor from the sewer pipes can be unpleasant, but it's a common issue in the Old Town area.

I recently stayed at Jess Hotel & Spa in the Old Town of Warsaw for a couple of nights. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the entire city on foot. Despite being situated in a popular area, the soundproofing was excellent, providing a peaceful and quiet environment. The interior of the hotel was lovely, and my room was extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing helpful assistance throughout my stay. The breakfast was also amazing, ensuring a great start to each day. Jess Hotel & Spa provided a fantastic experience with its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff.

Convenient Location: the hotel is centrally located in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore the city. Multiple bus lines are available nearby, providing easy access to the city center.

Limited Spa Hours: One downside was that the spa closed early, ending at 9:00 pm. It would have been more convenient if it stayed open a bit later to allow guests more time to enjoy the facilities.
