We had an amazing stay at the Lounge Apartments. the staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. They even woke up early to provide us with breakfast before our early morning tour. the location was very convenient, just a few minutes away from both the Old City and the Railway Station. the apartment itself was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the small kitchen area, which had a toaster and a decent-sized fridge. we were three adults traveling together and had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again if we visit in the future.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the city gate and the bustling market square filled with numerous restaurant options. The room is spacious and beautifully done, providing ample space to relax and dine with family. The bathroom is large, featuring a lovely walk-in shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful maps and accommodating requests such as the use of their washing machine.

The lack of an elevator can be challenging for families with children or disabled individuals.

I recently stayed at Lounge Apartments for four nights on two occasions. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the Old Town. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with kitchen facilities. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even arranging for a birthday cake to be delivered. We will definitely be returning next year.

The breakfast menu could have been more varied.

The top floor apartment was spacious with 2 double bedrooms, perfect for our group of 3 adults. The location was excellent, just a short distance from the old town for sightseeing and the galeria for shopping. The reception staff were helpful and provided valuable information for our DIY trips to the Saltmines and Auschwitz/Birkenau, which saved us a lot of money compared to the expensive tour brochures. We also appreciated the local bus and mini coach options for transportation, which were much more affordable than other options.

Additionally, it was conveniently located near the train station, making transportation easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities provided everything we needed. We especially loved the big and comfy bed in our room.

We had a fantastic stay at Lounge Apartments! The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the old town. We loved the beautifully decorated apartment, which provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially being able to savor it in the lovely garden. The staff were friendly and professional, and the option to extend our in-room breakfast with extras like eggs and coffee was a great value. The Deluxe Studio room was spacious and comfortable, and the stable and fast WiFi was a bonus. it was a wonderful experience.
