Fantastic two night stay! the property was lovely with great accommodation. the room was spacious with a massive bathroom and sitting room. the outdoor area with a table and chairs was a nice touch. the owner was very helpful and provided a delicious breakfast. the location, though out of town, was easily accessible by regular buses or driving. there was a fantastic restaurant at the end of the street where we dined both nights. the overall experience was excellent.

We were impressed with the spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed, and fresh linens. The included breakfast was satisfactory. Free secure parking and the chance to see the owner's unique collection of Massarati motorcycles were added bonuses. Perfect location for exploring Modena and surrounding areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. the secure parking and restaurant just a few steps away were a great convenience. the building is beautiful, nestled in private grounds. the room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. the hosts were kind and welcoming, providing us with a warm welcome and helpful recommendations. the courtyard was lovely, and we enjoyed spending time there. the breakfast offered a good variety, with delicious sweet pies. it was a great base for exploring the area or enjoying a relaxing weekend getaway.
