We recently stayed at a hotel in a perfect location for visiting the Black Madonna church and enjoying the nearby restaurants. the view from our room was beautiful, and the bedroom was comfortable and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenience of having toiletries provided, including a shaving kit, toothbrush, and comb. our experience at Mercure was excellent and we look forward to visiting again.

The towels provided were of poor quality and in need of replacement. We also encountered some confusion during check-in and check-out, which took a bit of time to resolve.
