The stay at this hotel was fantastic! Bella, the young lady at the front desk, gave us a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. the staff were all very professional, friendly, and provided top-notch service throughout our stay. the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a washer and dryer in our apartment, which was very convenient. the location was great, close to public transport and plenty of shops and cafes. We loved the vibe of staying in a residential apartment block.

One small downside was the water pressure in the shower, which could be a bit stronger. the lack of kitchen supplies like additional cooking pans was a bit limiting for those who like to cook in-room.

During my business trip in Sydney, my director chose Mantra Chatswood for our accommodation. the hotel's excellent location near the Chatswood station, restaurants, and shopping areas truly made our stay convenient. the staff greeted us warmly at the front desk, and the rooms were spacious.

Conveniently located close to the interchange, food, and shopping, the Mantra Chatswood offered comfortable accommodation with access to a pool and gym. the friendly staff added to the pleasant stay. Despite the broken air conditioning issue, the overall experience was positive. the spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and nearby landmarks such as Chatswood Park and Lane Cove National Park provided relaxation and family bonding opportunities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a few nights. The location of this place was absolutely perfect, with easy access to the T1 station and the bustling shopping area nearby. It was so convenient to hop on the train and explore the city or simply enjoy the vibrant atmosphere right here.

If I were to recommend this hotel to my family, it would be without any hesitation. The only downside I experienced was a slight issue with the breakfast.
