Just stayed at a hotel in West Row. LOVED the friendly staff & comfortable room. Leisure room was a bonus. Would choose this place again. Better in person!

The room was cozy and the bed felt like a cloud, making me sleep like a baby. I loved the private balcony with a street view, feeling connected to the vibrant city vibe.

The noise from the busy pub below was a bit distracting late at night.

I always return here for weekends. the staff guided me on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, laundry, and a snack bar. I love the flat-screen TV, lift, and kitchen amenities. Enjoying amenities like express check-in and no smoking!

The hotel is conveniently located close to shops, clubs, and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The room and bathroom are clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. The hotel offers fast and reliable WiFi, comfortable beds, and a hot and strong shower. Additionally, the suite has a well-configured layout with ample space for families, and some rooms even have a balcony with a pleasant view. the hotel provides a comfortable and convenient stay for business travelers.

The television in the room may have some technical issues, as it did not accept a USB stick and was difficult to connect to a laptop via HDMI.

we had a great stay at Quest. the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything with easy parking. the staff was friendly and professional. the room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the late checkout. the balcony offered a nice spot to relax and watch the street below.

As an eco-friendly traveler, I appreciated Quest Canberra's central location and helpful staff. Despite some minor issues like noisy surroundings and Wi-Fi troubles, the spacious room and balcony offered a relaxing stay. the convenience to shops and public transport made it a great spot for exploring Canberra's vibrant city center.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is absolutely perfect, situated in an excellent area in the heart of the CBD. Plus, being above PJ Riley's pub adds a fun and lively atmosphere. Despite its central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and I had a peaceful night's sleep. The service was impeccable, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all available. I even took advantage of the grocery shopping service, which made my stay even more convenient. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed, including ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff was also incredibly accommodating and were able to fulfill my requests. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. My family would definitely enjoy their time here.

Conveniently located with spacious rooms and fluffy towels. Delivery options available but plenty of nearby food choices. Good value and clean, with friendly staff. Excellent for exploring Civic and easy parking.

My stay at Quest was absolutely delightful. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in the city. The architecture of the building added a touch of charm to my experience. I was particularly impressed with the range of dining options within walking distance, especially the Italian restaurant Briscolla. The food was beautifully presented and the staff went above and beyond to make my dining experience memorable. Additionally, PJ O'Malleys provided a lively atmosphere for drinks, making it a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

While the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, I did notice that the flooring was a bit worn and presented a slight trip hazard. However, the cozy bed more than made up for it and ensured a good night's sleep.

the shower had great pressure - a real treat that I don't always experience in hotels. the beds were really comfy and I had a great night's sleep. the hotel was situated in a key location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area, including some great restaurants and bars.

Room was too cold and TV didn't work. Unfortunately, there were some aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy.
