adjusting our breakfast days without any fuss. The sauna was a lovely touch, as they turned it on just for us, which really made our evening. It’s not super close to the center, but the tram system made it easy to explore Krakow.

the lobby is lovely, I must say, but the rooms? absoluteley disappointing! the air conditioning was basically non-existent, and I woudl ve been okay if I received some sort of room upgrade considering the inconvenience. Also, the bed was just two singles pushed together, a real luxury experience, not! I just couldn’t leave a good review.

The breakfast was easily the best I’ve had in Europe, constantly refreshed and filled with excellent items. The room was huge, clean, and very comfy.

Inconsistent WiFi performance caused annoyance, and the noise from housekeeping disturbed my relaxation sleep during the stay.

The room was spacious with a comfy kingsize bed and an amazing view that really made my stay enjoyable. I loved having access to the sauna and the sun terrace for some relaxation after a busy day.
