We loved staying at this hotel. Everything was perfect for us. The location was great, close to the ski slope and the national park. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness center, especially the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The hotel also had a nice restaurant and bar area where we could relax and enjoy a drink. it was a wonderful experience and we would recommend this place to families.

We had a wonderful time during our Christmas vacation. the hotel was ideally located near all the key tourist attractions and shopping centers. the staff treated us very well and were always ready to help us with anything we needed. the spa services were top-notch and the room was spacious and clean. We especially liked the festive decor and the delicious Christmas dinner that was offered to us.

the breakfast was a bit chaotic and the variety of food was limited. We had to wait in line for quite a while to get food and the quality was not up to par with the rest of the hotel's offerings.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the amazing amenities offered at this hotel. The spa was perfect, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The modern room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary furniture and sitting space for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the delicious meals, which tasted just like homemade food cooked by our grandmother. It was a delightful experience.

There were a few aspects that we were not entirely satisfied with. The room comfort could have been improved, especially the sofa bed for the kids, which was clumsy and uncomfortable.
