I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a few steps away from the sea and only a 5-minute walk from the tramway stop. It was also great that I could easily walk alongside the beach to Sopot, which took about 20 minutes. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the rooms were fine. The shower was good and there were plenty of towels provided. I also loved the fact that the hotel overlooked the Baltic Sea, providing a beautiful view. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was just perfect. The staff were always smiling and there was a great variety of food to choose from. They even had several vegetarian options which was a nice touch. I must mention that the breakfast service was good even before the official end time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by its beautiful historic building and the helpful staff. They recommended a nearby restaurant, Tommy's Joynt, which turned out to be a terrific choice. The bed in my room was incredibly comfy and I loved the draperies above the headboard. The antique furniture added a charming touch, and I was delighted to have a clawfoot tub where I could enjoy a relaxing bubble bath. Although there were renovations happening in the lobby, the staff apologized for any dust and I appreciated their transparency. This hotel has so much history and character that it's hard to find elsewhere. I also felt relatively safe walking in the area, especially within a few blocks of the hotel where others were present. Additionally, the location was great, as there were plenty of cool buildings to explore nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Gdansk. the location was unbeatable. Just a short walk across the street and I was on the beautiful beach. It was the perfect spot for a beach holiday. Secondly, the facilities were excellent. I was impressed by the swimming pool, play room, and the variety of activities they offered, especially for kids. It was great to see my son enjoying himself so much. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious. I particularly loved the pancakes, but there were also other Polish specialities and fresh fish available. It was a great way to start the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect. Everything was okay.

novotel did it again - exceeded my expectations. kids had a blast in the safe playrooms while i relaxed at the spa. the staff was friendly and gave us extra time at checkout. a perfect stay.

Great location near the beach and a tram ride away from the city center. Lovely views from the seventh floor. Tasty and abundant breakfast. Nice amenities like a swimming pool and sauna. Ideal for a short or long stay.

Lounge area with bar, great views, excellent breakfast, crowded pool, lovely beaches, relaxed vibe. Gym and games area.

Cannot find any fault.

During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming staff at Novotel. Their friendly and helpful attitude made me feel right at home. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. I also enjoyed dining at the "fish and chips" restaurant, their food was top-notch.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as some noise from ongoing renovations and the occasional unpleasant smell in the hallway, these did not significantly impact my overall experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the seaside, with a rather unkempt garden area, which was a convenient location for exploring both towns. The room was clean and comfortable, with a kettle and mini fridge provided. The breakfast had a good selection, including vegetarian options. Additionally, the staff at breakfast were helpful and spoke English well. The view from the room was wonderful, overlooking the beach and the sea.

There were some issues with bugs in the room, which was not a pleasant experience.

We spent a wonderful New Year's Eve at a hotel located just a few steps away from a beautiful beach. the rooms were cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. the breakfast was cooked to perfection and had plenty of options. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and well-appointed fitness center. the hotel was situated in a great location, surrounded by nature parks and still close to the city.

We would have liked to see more staff members present to handle requests. the check-in process took longer than expected and we had to wait for assistance several times.
