puro krakow kazimierz exceeded my expectations. modern design, excellent service, and comfortable rooms with great amenities made for a perfect stay. the complimentary taxi transfer was a nice touch. highly recommend!

No disinfectant at reception.

This hotel is located in a vibrant area, close to Kazimierz with plenty of restaurants, pubs, and bars. The tram stop is only 2 minutes away, making it easy to explore all of beautiful Krakow. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with a bed that is to die for. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also has a spa with a steam room and sauna, as well as a gym and bikes available for guests to use.

The decoration in the hotel and the room was modern and calming. the room was clean and quiet. It matched the photos online. the location was great, close to the river, the Jewish Quarter, and the Old Town. It was easy to get around with plenty of trams and nearby railways stations.

Parking was not ideal. the hotel only had pay by hour/day parking in an underground garage, and spots couldn't be reserved.

The property itself was stunning and modern, with well-equipped facilities. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast had a wide selection of food, perfect for guests with children. The spa facilities were clean and well-maintained, a 5-star experience. The room was modern, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The shower facilities were impressive. The hotel's location was within walking distance of tourist attractions.

The staff is friendly and helpful. A delicious breakfast is included, and the hotel offers a game area, lounge, restaurant, and spa with a small gym.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, which is a little inconvenient if you want to explore the city on foot every day.

We loved this place! It was close to everything, right next to the shopping mall, and just a short walk away from the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed, including tea and coffee facilities and a flat-screen TV. The leisure center was impressive, with a sauna, spa lounge, and sun terrace. Plus, the fitness center and yoga class really helped us relax.

Stayed at an amazing modern hotel with top-notch decor and amenities. the bed was so comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the nearby area, which is filled with amazing restaurants. the hotel also had a top-quality restaurant of its own, serving yummy food.

There really wasn't much to complain about, but the location was slightly out of the way. It was a bit of a walk to get to some of the attractions and nightlife in the area.
