During my Christmas stay, I liked the comfortable rooms with their clean and well-maintained facilities. The fact that the hotel provided a small refrigerator with a mini bar and a kettle for tea or instant coffee was convenient. the friendly service from the staff made my stay more enjoyable. The location of the hotel, although not central, offered a peaceful and quiet environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

the lack of a gift shop or vending machines in the hotel was inconvenient as I was unable to make any necessary purchases without leaving the premises. the hotel's location on a hill just off the highway meant that getting around required taking a taxi, which was an extra expense.

We got great value for our money, with a spacious room and even an extra foldable bed. The location was convenient and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The location was convenient for travelers with a car, situated on a hill just a 7-minute drive from the entrance to the old city. The hotel had a restaurant on-site and there were additional dining options nearby. The rooms were spacious and had good soundproofing. The hotel provided a large parking lot and the views from the front-facing rooms were beautiful. The staff, especially Ivo in the restaurant, were courteous and efficient. It was a great base for exploring the area and offered excellent value for money.

I recently stayed at Hotel D. Luis for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. The beautiful gardens overlooking the city were a lovely place to relax. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had an amazing view of either the city or the forest. Free parking and wifi were a bonus, and the food at dinner was delicious. a fantastic stay!
