The cleanliness could use significant attention!!! Hair in the tub and floors felt neglected!!! A broken handrail looked dangerous and some furniture was worn!!! The outdoor storage area was an eyesore!!!

Room was clean and spacious for my family.

the shower had a hole in the tub, and I can't imagine why they wouldn't fix that. I woudl ve been grateful for an upgrade or even a little complimentary gesture for my troubles, but no such luck. The room door had a crack that ruined any hopes of privacy. never again, honestly.

The laminate floors were buckled in places and dirty!!! Noise from the streets was bothersome, especially during late hours!!! Overall, maintenance and cleanliness need serious attention!!!

Cozy room, comfortable location, with free Wi-Fi and a seasonal outdoor pool that made our overnight stay enjoyable after a long day of exploring, and we particularly appreciated being just a short walk away from plenty of local shops and restaurants.

The stay was enjoyable due to the clean room and good location near attractions. Though the decor was dated and sound insulation was lacking, making it hard to ignore noisy neighbors, the pet-friendly atmosphere and beautiful views made up for it. Definitely a budget-friendly option.

We had a rocking time with the family suite, 2 full beds upstairs and a king downstairs, super spacious! ! I even loved the hot tub and we walked along the creek to The Island, perfect after a long day!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the space and location, I guess it was passable.

Cozy rooms and a fun cabin-like vibe make this place a perfect stop for families! The spacious family suite offers two full beds upstairs, a king bed downstairs, and great amenities. A central location next to The Island and local shops only adds to the charm. Don’t forget to enjoy the outdoor rocking chairs!

The king suite was super spacious, had a cozy gas fireplace, and offered a fantastic view of the creek! Enjoyed a fun family time with the pet-friendly vibe.

Cozy wooden cottage vibe in the heart of attraction central! My teenage son adored the loft area, and it was perfect for our furry friend too. Definitely a homey stay for families.

The room did have a couple of light bulbs out—talk about a romantic mood killer! And let's just say I’m really not a fan of making shower repairs myself.

A Mixed Bag with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds on our family trip. However, be aware of plumbing issues. our bathroom sink gurgled throughout the night. The nearby restaurants offered delicious options, but the on-site breakfast was lackluster. Consider dining out instead!

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and air conditioning. The staff helped me find my lost id card on my first visit. I highly recommend it for a great stay! I’m coming back for Easter.

Location was fantastic. really close to the Island and so many attractions. parking was plenty as well! The rocking chairs out front were a great touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Request a room away from the street to minimize noise. Also, check for any plumbing issues upon arrival to ensure a comfortable stay.

This was just a decent option for a whistle-stop in Pigeon Forge with real value for money. They had a cozy little sitting area with a fireplace that was nice to unwind next to after a long day. Be prepared for possible extra fees, especially if you’re bringing pets along.
