had a fantastic birthday celebration in poznan and sheraton made it even better. the team was welcoming and super helpful. everything was clean and new, and the breakfast to go was a delightful surprise. will definitely stay here again!

pool was closed during my stay

sheraton once again exceeded my expectations during my stay in poznan. the staff was amazing, calling me to check if everything was okay after just 10 minutes in my room. the cleanliness was impeccable and the food, especially the duck, was amazing. overall, a wonderful experience.

Good location for my meeting and close to restaurants. Enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that they offered both hot and cold dishes. the staff was helpful.

The rooms were old and needed a facelift, the carpets were dirty and the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. the bathroom was small and there was no ventilation, making it hot and humid.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel that I could trust, even at a higher price. the staff at the hotel were excellent, always polite and ready to help. They even allowed me a late checkout without any issues. the bed was incredibly comfortable, the best I've had during my two weeks of traveling in Europe. the hotel is located in a nice, quiet area but still very central, with the main train station, tram stop, corner shop. my experience at Sheraton was amazing!

This hotel is a luxurious haven in the heart of the city. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were exclusive amenities that I truly enjoyed. the service was outstanding, as the staff provided top, notch service the whole duration of my stay. the leisure room was relaxing, and the room advantages were perfect for an extravagant escape. the restaurant's special diet menus were exquisite, and the packed lunches were great during my day trips. the private facilities provided a level of privacy that I have never experienced before.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of free Wi, Fi. In this day and age, free Wi, Fi is a basic expectation when staying in a hotel, even more in a luxurious one. the lack of it did not hinder my experience.
