The sliding bathroom door had a gap, which made privacy an issue during showers.

I really enjoy my stay here, especially because of the excellent breakfast variety and the friendly, attentive staff. The room was very comfortable, and I appreciated the convenient parking options right by the entrance, making it easy for those traveling by car. Additionally, the location is prime, with tram stops nearby, allowing easy access to major attractions.

The garage access can be confusing. I wish it was more clearly communicated during check-in.

the so-called 'spa zone' was just sad—mold everywhere, not the relaxing escape I expected. also, my breakfast was delivered cold, which is shameful for a place with standards. I almost gave it a good review, but they didn't even upgrade my room or apologize for any of this, which really ruins the experience.

the staff were super nice and attentive, really made me feel welcomed. the bed was comfy, and i slept like a baby. breakfast was real good with a nice selection of food, loved the local dishes! i liked that it had free wifi and everything in the room worked just fine. the location was pretty sweet with easy access to trams and city attractions.

however, the check-in process was slow, and the noise from the street was kinda annoying at night.

Just spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious, and I loved having a full-length mirror with a plug nearby. Super handy for getting ready! The breakfast had a great selection too. A bit noisy from traffic outside which could be a bother if you're light sleeper, but it's super close to the city center.
