I gotta say, I got great bang for my buck at this place. The room was clean and well-maintained, plus the bed was so comfy I slept like a baby. The location was pretty convenient too. But the real star was the staff, especially Rachel at the front desk. She went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service.

Morning meal could use improvement, but that's just a minor thing.

The front desk at Tru Hotel was very helpful and accommodating during my recent stay. I had requested an early check-in and late check-out due to my husband recovering from surgery, and although there was some miscommunication, they were able to accommodate our request and let us check in early without any hassle. They made the check-in and check-out process a breeze, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

One specific situation that stood out to me was when we were assigned a room on the second floor. Unfortunately, the room above us was extremely loud, and we could hear them stomping around starting at 6:45 am.

The lobby is playful for fun pictures. Appreciated the 24hr gym. Rachel at the front desk provided exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out. Modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast was convenient with no delays. 24hr activities like pool and games were a nice touch.

Breakfast included limited options of yogurt, snack bars, and muffins. Staff were accommodating and the gym was suitable. Front desk helped with room change due to noise.

The comfortable beds and convenient location close to a mall made for a great stay. The staff promptly provided us with almond milk when requested. we enjoyed our stay despite some minor inconveniences.

Located conveniently, the hotel offers proximity to various attractions. Spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds are appreciated. The toiletries and hand soap are top-notch. Additionally, the hotel provides a well-equipped gymnasium.

We stayed at Tru By Hilton for a weekend getaway and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to explore the area. Plus, we appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry friends along. The vibrant and colorful decor added a fun and cheerful atmosphere to our stay. Not to mention, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home.

Convenient location near an open-air mall. Cozy room with comfortable beds and pillows. Decent bathroom with nice water pressure. Fun and colorful lobby with plenty of outlets for phone charging. Adequate amenities and "free" breakfast with yogurt, snack bars, banana, and muffin.

The hotel had a cool and modern vibe, which we really liked. the room was simple but comfortable, with vibrant colors that weren't overwhelming. the location was perfect for us, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping options. We also appreciated the cozy bed and pillows, which were exceptionally comfortable. it was a decent value for the money and we may consider staying again.
