The location was great, with direct access to the nearby shopping center. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed for a great night's sleep. The staff was nice and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a stunning view. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, making for an enjoyable experience.

The customer service was exceptional and the scenery was amazing in every way possible. the area is amazing and very exclusive though and will suggest to everyone because it’s quiet and more private. The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. the staff is really nice all around. The hotel has a good location with a mall next door. It was easy to find somewhere to have lunch out of the hotel. the property is in a gated community so you can feel extra safe.

I had an amazing stay at Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina! The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and modern, providing all the conveniences I needed. The included breakfast was extensive and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel is also great, with a mall nearby. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, especially Josaphat who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

During my stay, there was some construction noise from across the lagoon, but it wasn't a major inconvenience since I wasn't in my room for long periods of time. The only drawback was that I had to change rooms a few times before getting the connecting rooms I had requested for my family.

I absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect, situated all around the harbor, it provided a tranquil atmosphere but was still close enough to everything I needed. The service was impeccable, from the friendly staff to the 24-hour room service, car hire and tours/ticket assistance. The room was stunning with top-quality amenities including an in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The dining options were amazing with buffet breakfasts and a range of restaurants, bars and snack bars, and the leisure facilities were second to none with an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and live entertainment!

I highly recommend this place to everyone I know.

renaissance impressed us from start to finish. their 24hr front desk and delicious breakfast were just the beginning. the staff, especially wilbert and the japanese concierge, went above and beyond to help us with our travel needs. the bedding was so comfy, we even wanted to buy it for ourselves!

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel near a peaceful marina. the location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to a mall and lively music. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a clean and safe environment. the hotel's architecture was stunning, and I loved the convenience of being connected to a mall. the on-site activity center, Best Day, offered discounted tours and activities like ATV rides and zip-lining. it was a beautiful and recommended destination for families and couples. I can't wait to go back.

Located next to a shopping mall, the hotel has plenty of restaurant options for dinner. It is also close to a nice beach club, and the gym offers a great view over the marina. The room is big and modern, with a design bathroom, and the breakfast is fantastic with constant refills of water, soap, and cream. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the private pool is clean, with enough space for everyone.

Sometimes the noise from the parties downstairs could be heard in the room.

The view from our 11th-floor room was breathtaking, and the gym on the 12th floor had top-notch equipment. The hotel is conveniently located near a large mall, offering plenty of shopping and dining options. I also appreciated the attention to safety throughout the hotel. Highly recommend!
