The customer service was exceptional and the scenery was amazing in every way possible. the area is amazing and very exclusive though and will suggest to everyone because it’s quiet and more private. The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. the staff is really nice all around. The hotel has a good location with a mall next door. It was easy to find somewhere to have lunch out of the hotel. the property is in a gated community so you can feel extra safe.

The room view was disappointing, facing a not-so-pleasant sight. the balcony was small and noisy, with little privacy.

I had an amazing stay at Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina! The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and modern, providing all the conveniences I needed. The included breakfast was extensive and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel is also great, with a mall nearby. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, especially Josaphat who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

During my stay, there was some construction noise from across the lagoon, but it wasn't a major inconvenience since I wasn't in my room for long periods of time. The only drawback was that I had to change rooms a few times before getting the connecting rooms I had requested for my family.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was huge and very quiet, perfect for a light sleeper like me. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was ideal, with a nice view and direct access to a large shopping center. I didn't need to worry about transportation since everything was within walking distance. The staff was friendly and professional, always eager to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious and convenient, especially since it was open for a long time. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

I absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect, situated all around the harbor, it provided a tranquil atmosphere but was still close enough to everything I needed. The service was impeccable, from the friendly staff to the 24-hour room service, car hire and tours/ticket assistance. The room was stunning with top-quality amenities including an in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The dining options were amazing with buffet breakfasts and a range of restaurants, bars and snack bars, and the leisure facilities were second to none with an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and live entertainment!

I highly recommend this place to everyone I know.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel near a peaceful marina. the location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to a mall and lively music. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a clean and safe environment. the hotel's architecture was stunning, and I loved the convenience of being connected to a mall. the on-site activity center, Best Day, offered discounted tours and activities like ATV rides and zip-lining. it was a beautiful and recommended destination for families and couples. I can't wait to go back.

I recently stayed at The Renaissance for my honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of Mexican and European dishes. The view from our 11th-floor room was breathtaking, and the gym on the 12th floor had top-notch equipment. The hotel is conveniently located near a large mall, offering plenty of shopping and dining options. I also appreciated the attention to safety throughout the hotel. Highly recommend!
