The hotel could benefit from having more electric sockets in the rooms, as it was inconvenient not to have one by the bed. It would have been nice to have English language TV channels available, as there was a limited selection for non-Polish speakers.

The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome right away. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a great shower and a comfy bed. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious. Despite being near the airport, there was no aircraft noise at all. Although it was a bit far from the Old Town, transportation options like Uber and public transport made it easy to get around. I had a great stay at Terminal Hotel and would recommend it to others.
