I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, quickly responding to my communications before my trip. They even arranged convenient and reasonably priced airport transport for me. The room was comfortable and clean, with a large TV. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the added bonus of having a coffee shop in the hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to both Kazimierz and the Old Town.

Lovely welcoming staff. Superior single room was clean with all necessary amenities. Enjoyed buffet-style breakfast for a good start to the day. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

We had a perfect stay at Residence Tournet. The room exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and great bathroom. It even had a kettle and cutlery for convenience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, although we missed having some fruit with it. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the old City Center, Wavel castle, and enjoy the many restaurants in the neighborhood. We felt at home thanks to the cozy atmosphere created by the staff, especially Ilona at the reception desk, who went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Next time we visit, we will definitely choose Residence Tournet again.

I recently stayed at a cozy hotel in the city center, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the peacefulness of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and there's a beautiful garden in the hotel yard. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the city.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location in Krakow. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with twin beds. I loved that it was within walking distance of Kazimierz and Wawel, and there were plenty of taxis available. The breakfast buffet had all the basics covered and there was an on-site restaurant. The staff quickly addressed any issues, and overall, I had a great stay at Residence Tournet.
