Despite minor staff issues, the overall experience was delightful and memorable.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious! the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool, were top-notch. the service provided met my high expectations, with the friendly and efficient housekeeping staff fulfilling all my needs.

The only minor issue was that the stairs leading to the restaurant and reception area were quite steep, which may be difficult for visitors with reduced mobility. this was outweighed by the stunning scenery and excellent restaurant food options.
