Staying here is an indulgent treat for all senses. the lavishly decorated rooms offer exclusive amenities that exceed all expectations of luxury. the professional and attentive service of the staff made us feel incredibly pampered and relaxed. the Spa & wellness centre, complete with a sauna and massage service, is a haven for those seeking total rejuvenation. the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi set the perfect ambiance for leisure time.

Our only minor issue was the limited restaurant options within the hotel. Although the available restaurant food could not be faulted and had special diet menus, there were no other eateries within the venue.

As young holiday goers, we loved the exceptional service and friendly staff at Al Bait. The valet was welcoming, and Chataou gave us a thorough tour of the hotel, explaining everything. The complimentary saffron cake for my birthday was a delicious surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the dinner at the Arabic restaurant was amazing. The breakfast menu had a great variety of dishes, and the French toast was my favorite. The pool was well-managed and a perfect place to relax.

This hotel is an absolute gem! From its location in the heart of the historical area, to the friendly and welcoming staff who pay attention to every detail, this hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are simply luxurious, with modern conveniences and beautiful patios that offer a stunning view. The breakfast was definitely a highlight of our stay, served in the main breakfast restaurant with excellent choices that included luxury items like foie gras.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location is perfect, situated in the heart of fascinating historical landmarks. The staff here were amazing from the moment we arrived. They were so helpful and accommodating and really went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The spa facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the sauna and steam room, and the massage treatments were really amazing. The garden area was very relaxing and provided a great place to sit and unwind after a busy day of exploring the city.

The museum and library were fascinating, and the spa and breakfast were outstanding. Our room was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. We did wish there were more umbrellas by the pool, but overall we highly recommend this hotel.

The complimentary juice and towels were nice, and the location was convenient. the hotel also had a nice spa that I enjoyed.

The breakfast was very limited and not good, and the pool was too small and had limited availability.
