I recently stayed at this hotel for my 60th birthday celebration. The staff at Mountain Country Motor Inn were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, even surprising me with a specialty birthday cupcake. The property is perfect for fishermen and people with boats, with power available to charge trolling motor batteries and the ability to stay hooked up to your boat. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The owners, especially Juanita, were friendly and accommodating, offering helpful suggestions for local restaurants. I'll definitely be back and recommend this hotel to others.

The location of the hotel was great, away from major roads and in a quiet area. the bed was comfortable and we had warm water for our showers. Additionally, the owners were very kind and caring, offering their assistance if we had any problems during our stay.

There were a few negatives to our experience. the rooms had a damp and musty smell, but thankfully there was air freshener available to help with that.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights while visiting Silver Dollar City. The location was perfect, on the back side of SDC with no traffic going in. The hosts were incredible and made us feel like we had a friend before we even arrived. The room was clean, beds were comfy, and there was plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for us, close to everything we wanted to do.
