This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions or fulfill any requests I had. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with modern and luxurious furnishings. The spa is stunning and offers a range of fantastic treatments. The breakfast served here is excellent, and what's even better is that it is available at all times. I also loved that I could rent bicycles for free and explore the city. Another great perk was the complimentary coffee and non-alcoholic drinks in my room. The location of this hotel is perfect, close to Metropolitan Park and in a nice and safe neighborhood. I had a truly luxurious and comfortable stay here.

We stayed at a very nice and modern hotel with a sleek design and spacious, well-appointed rooms. the bed was big and comfortable, and the whole place had a modern feel to it. We loved the rooftop terrace and pool, which offered amazing views over the green parts and surrounding hills. the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the location was great, with restaurants, the metro, a grocery store, and the Costanera Center all within walking distance. it was a fantastic stay and we will definitely book again.

It was a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.- I appreciated the snack hour until 7 pm, where they offered a variety of snacks. It was a nice touch and a convenient option for a quick bite.

The breakfast room, which also served as the restaurant at night, felt impersonal and boring to me. It lacked character and charm.

The hotel is located in a residential area, making it convenient for exploring the trendy Providencia neighborhood. It is within walking distance to the cable car, allowing for breathtaking city views. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well-equipped. The staff provides excellent service and the included breakfast is delicious. Guests also enjoy the free welcome package and evening snacks, adding a nice touch to their stay.

The swimming pool is only available during the summer months.

The location was perfect, set in a quiet and safe area with beautiful surroundings. The room was comfortable and had an incredible panorama view of the city. The rooftop pool was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy early morning swims as the sun rose. The staff, particularly Gabby, was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. During my recent stay at Ladera Boutique, I was impressed by the modern and stylish design of the hotel. The rooms and property were exceptionally clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop happy hour and the delicious morning breakfasts, which were a great way to start the day. The views from the rooftop of Santiago and the Andes were absolutely stunning. I had a fantastic experience at Ladera Boutique and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at a boutique hotel in Santiago. the location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in, and the breakfast with Curacautin cheese and Indian sauce was delicious. the hotel had a stunning design and the small spa area was a great spot to relax. We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool, especially on hot days. the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

We recently had a romantic escape and we really loved the free bikes that made it easy for us to explore the city on our own. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices and we enjoyed the in-room refreshments that were complementary. the hotel is conveniently located near a range of restaurants and the views from the rooftop terrace were stunning.

The design of the hotel is impeccable, with attention to every little detail. The rooftop pool offers breathtaking views of the city. We were pleasantly surprised to find a national cell phone provided complimentary. The mini bar being included was a great bonus.

One specific situation that stood out to us was when we encountered a minor issue with our room. The staff quickly addressed it and moved us to a much better room in the inner yard, where we had a peaceful night's sleep.
