The rooftop pool was a lovely retreat, providing a cool escape after exploring the city, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering personalized service that made our stay feel special.

Unfortunately, we experienced some traffic noise during the mornings, which could be disruptive for light sleepers, and we did find that some bathroom amenities could be updated for a more luxury feel.

Location’s wicked awesome, just a quick walk to the cable car and park. Room was spacious and comfy, with these killer mini bar drinks. The staff were super helpful, even gave us tips on where to grab good eats. Just wish the pool was heated. it was like diving into ice!

what a prestigious disappointment this place is! the shower door was practically falling apart, and i was shocked to learn that coffee pods come with a charge after day one—how cheap is that? i thought surely i would be given a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences, but alas, i guess VIP treatment isn’t part of your 'charm. '

Wicked fantastic stay! The rooftop pool’s got views that make ya feel like a king, and the staff? Super nice and helpful, makin’ ya feel right at home. Breakfast had all the fixin’s I needed, and the place was way clean. Loved that comfy room too, just a short stroll to the subway. Can't beat it!

We truly enjoy the fantastic rooftop pool which is a perfect retreat after exploring the city. The location is great in the Providencia neighborhood, surrounded by charming colonial housing and just a short walk from the Costanera Center for shopping and dining.

The bathroom amenities could use an update for a more luxurious feel.

I recently stayed for 7 nights and appreciated the comfortable room and fantastic rooftop pool, but was disappointed with the breakfast offerings and lack of support when reporting a lost item.

I had a fantastic time with my family! The rooftop pool was so refreshing and the adjoining rooms offered great privacy. However, I noticed the bathrooms could really use a facelift. I'd definitely return!

My stay had a cozy atmosphere, and I really enjoyed the rooftop pool with fantastic views. I appreciated the staff as they were very helpful during my time there, even having someone at the reception who spoke French. I went for morning swims that were refreshing and a perfect way to start the day. I stayed here on a business trip, and it was nice to find a comfortable place to relax after meetings.

The only hand towel in my room went MIA faster than my patience! And seriously, one shower with lukewarm water might as well be a spa treatment in Antarctica.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, with a lovely rooftop pool perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring, and the hotel's location is conveniently just a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, making it easy to get around the area.
