I experienced significant issues with customer service. My card was charged prematurely before check-in, causing confusion. When I sought clarification, the staff seemed unable to resolve the issue effectively, which left me feeling frustrated and unheard.

Cozy room, comfortable bed, with a clean indoor pool that was refreshing after a day of exploring and excellent internet access that made it easy to find local attractions nearby.

Thoroughly pleased

the hampton inn offers a great indoor pool and 24-hour fitness center, perfect for relaxing after a long day. i specifically want to shout out brittany at the front desk for her amazing service. she made our stay so much easier! breakfast was a hit too, especially the biscuits and gravy.

the pool was "broken" which they didn’t bother to mention when we asked for directions. One elevator was out, making my stay even more delightful, who doesn’t love a long wait? I expected a complimentary treat for all these inconveniences, but alas, I simply can’t give this place a good review. it’s a pity, really.

My family stayed here during our visit to the area, and we appreciated the comfortable Queen Room with Two Beds. The breakfast options were a highlight, particularly the fresh seasonal fruit and waffles. The staff at the food service were quite helpful despite the busy environment. We did encounter some issues with room cleanliness and the air conditioning, but overall, we had a decent experience.

I loved the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, making our family stay super comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was delightful, featuring waffles, eggs, and fresh seasonal fruits. Plus, the staff showed genuine Southern Hospitality that made us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay with our granddaughter! The hotel was clean, and the breakfast options were a pleasant surprise, especially the fresh seasonal fruits. We also found it conveniently located, which made our family outing to Landrum's Homestead and Village super easy.

Had a comfy stay for one night while heading to New Orleans. The room was really nice, and the breakfast was on point. Just a bummer that the indoor pool was a bit too chilly to enjoy. Staff was super friendly, though! Location was also convenient – close to the interstate and downtown. Would definitely recommend!
