This hotel suits me perfectly, providing everything I need like free Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me with my room issue late at night. I recommend trying their delicious breakfast options. I'm coming back for a new year.

More fun than I expected!

What an exquisite stay! The property exudes charm, blending traditional style with modern comfort. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the city’s vibrant heart. Exceptional concierge service helped us enjoy local culinary gems, while the breakfast spread was delightful. Truly a perfect launchpad for exploring the beautiful surroundings!

what a disapointment this hotel was. the air-conditioning didn’t function, leaving my room a sauna. also, I was charged for freesh milk? for that price, I expected a complimentary gesture at minimum. totally wasn’t worth it, I really almost gave a good review, but the food quality even at breakfast was barely edible. just couldn’t.

Staying in the spacious junior suite with a marble bath was unforgettable! Loved the beautiful decor and relaxing atmosphere.

Felt really like home, no complaints whatsoever.

While the decor has its charm, don't be surprised by noise disturbances that can be intrusive!!! Also, the limited dining options don't quite match the grandeur expected!!! A few maintenance issues might also disrupt your stay!!!

Howay, man! Just spent three nights and it was canny lush! The staff were so friendly, always ready to help. Loved the big breakfast spread. everything tasted dead good. Just a shame the WiFi was a bit slow, but overall, I’d definitely come back!

The location was just perfect for strolling around. Waking up to that brekkie spread was a highlight, and those staff knew how to make you feel right at home, always smiling and offering recommendations like chommies! The marble everywhere made you feel like royalty, ja!

Only downside is that I could've done with a few more electrical sockets in the room, a bit of a pain to charge the gadgets, you know?

I arrived during a traffic restriction day and was dropped off in a back alley. The porter helped with my luggage and made excellent dining suggestions. My room was upgraded to a junior suite with a view of the cathedral. The staff was helpful when I had an issue with my luggage, fixing it quickly. I enjoyed room service with a delightful dining experience. This stay matched my expectations.

I loved the buffet breakfast—the selection was delicious! The comfortable linen sheets made for a great night's sleep. However, the WiFi was painfully slow! I'd go back again.
