We got great value for our money at Altis Suites. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, just a short ride away from the city center, and the staff treated us with kindness and helpfulness.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

Altis Suites provided us with a generous and comfortable suite. the staff were incredibly helpful, even going so far as to find and hold onto my daughter's lost stuffed animal until we could arrange for its return. the location was great, just a short walk to the subway and Avenida da Liberdade. We had access to all of the hotel's facilities, including a clean 24-hour gym. the bed was very comfortable, and the suite even had a small kitchen with a coffee maker and fridge.

Great location just off main street and close to park with playground. Several restaurants in walking distance. Taxis are inexpensive and located just outside the hotel. Excellent service, staff helped with everything we asked for our baby. Suites connected to a top quality hotel with pool/restaurant/bars available to use. All desk staff spoke fluent English and were very helpful with transportation

The staff was extremely nice and allowed me to check in two hours earlier. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and the main attractions of this city. The hotel facilities were great, including a swimming pool and saunas. The self-catering opportunity was a plus, and there were also nice restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and great airconditioning. it was excellent value for money.

We booked a room for 4 people and initially the pull-out couch was too small for our two children. However, the hotel quickly brought in a cot and everything was fixed. The room itself was absolutely lovely! It was huge and had a mini kitchenette, which was great for our family. The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to get around. Parking was close by and hassle-free. our stay at Altis Suites was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it.

Additionally, it is within walking distance to the main shopping street and a 20-minute stroll to the main square. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, making it convenient for guests. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern furniture. The bathrooms are large and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Guests can also enjoy facilities such as a pool, spa, and fitness room.
