Great family space and daily cleaning. Wi-fi was solid. The air conditioning was a bit weak.

Spacious suites with a central location and easy Metro access. Unfortunately, the bedding could use improvement due to noise from traffic. Enjoyed the area for cycling and hiking as well.

Braw location, just a quick jaunt to the metro and shops. The bar had pure cracking views over the city—perfect for a wee drink after a day out! Just wish they sorted the breakfast seating, it was a bit crowded at times. Would definitely come back!

I was totally blown away by the helpful staff—Maria went above and beyond with local tips! Plus, they surprised us with a birthday cake and champagne for my wife—talk about exceeding expectations!

Sure, it’s a bit of a stroll to the heart of Lisbon, but honestly, we didn’t mind. Everything still shined, making the walk totally worthwhile!

We had a lovely three-night stay. The spacious apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, offering plenty of storage. Its central location made it easy to access the metro and numerous dining options. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the decor felt somewhat outdated and could benefit from a refresh.

Fantastic location, spacious and quiet apartment with helpful staff! Easy access to attractions and transport 🚇. We'll definitely return to Altis Suites! 😄

The decor and facilities feel outdated and could use a refresh!!! Guests might notice unpleasant odors in common areas and issues with inconsistent housekeeping!!!

Had a solid stay, heaps of space in the apartment and the staff were super friendly. Just wish the bedding was a bit better, felt a bit worn out. But the location was choice!

All good, fulfilled its purpose. Excellent staff who assisted us with local recommendations and arranged a free airport shuttle.

altis suites was super comfy and in a great location, just a lil walk from the main areas. the staff were always friendly and helpful! loved the breakfast, it had a ton of choices and everything was tasty. having a small kitchen in the apartment was really useful too. plus, the place was clean and quiet, perfect for chilling out!

however, the pool closed early for kids which was a bummer, and there weren't enough usb chargers in the room.

Spacious apartment, convenient location, with a small kitchen allowing for easy meal prep and a short distance to the nearest metro station for exploring the city.

All was flawless.
