The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and I loved the modern room with crisp sheets. The marketplace was perfect for quick meals before hitting the slopes.

Management needs to address guests' noise complaints better since disturbances disrupted my peace during the night.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay in a One-Bedroom Queen Suite with Sofa Bed, Hearing Accessible. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and frequently engaged with our children, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean and modern, with fresh crisp white sheets that felt delightful at night. We loved the convenience of the marketplace downstairs, where we could quickly grab snacks before hitting the slopes. The outdoor seating made for great relaxation during our downtime. Overall, a great experience!

The hot tub water had a slight smell, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our time there.

Fantastic river view suite with spacious balcony.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by some significant issues. The breakfast options were far below my expectations, lacking variety and quality. Additionally, the cleanliness of the common areas left much to be desired, which was disappointing given the otherwise well-appointed room. I hoped for a serene environment, but noise levels from other guests during the night disrupted my sleep.

The noise from other guests was unbearable at times!!! The management could be more proactive about noise complaints!!! Lack of towel racks in the bathrooms is inconvenient!!! Room temperature control was frustrating during my stay!!!

The King Studio Suite was so comfy and spacious! I loved the walk-in shower and all the mirrors made getting ready easy. The kitchenette felt like a little apartment, which was super convenient. And the pivoting TV between the living area and bedroom? Genius! Plus, the room was really clean, and I felt right at home. The heated pool was a nice bonus for winding down after a day out. Definitely a great place to stay!

The King Studio Suite was fantastic! Great modern furnishings and super comfy bedding. I loved how spacious the restroom felt, especially with the walk-in shower. Plus, having three large mirrors was a bonus for getting ready. The TV pivoting between living and bedroom areas was a nice touch too. Really, the whole layout felt like an apartment, which made it cozy. Oh, and I can't forget the heated indoor pool and outdoor hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a long day.
