The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our Christmas stay special. They were super friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for nearby bars and restaurants. The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and train station. Plus, the hotel was centrally located, so we could easily explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, with nice personal touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming.

The wifi signal quality, which wasn't the best. It didn't bother us too much since we were on holiday, but it might be something to consider if you need to work remotely.

However, what truly made our experience a perfect 10 was the exceptional service provided by Miguel and Gisele. They were exceptional hosts, always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with tips on getting around. Miguel even remembered my coffee preference and had my two espressos ready every morning - a fantastic personal touch! I highly recommend Anjo Azul and will definitely return when I'm back in town.
