Stayed at the hotel in Shibuya area, great location to explore nearby attractions like Love Hotel Hill and Bunkamura Theater Cocoon. The room had everything I needed, including a kitchenette and free Wi-Fi.

Waking up to the sound of cleaning staff at 6am was such a delightful way to start my day!

Central location, convenient walk, Supermarket across the road, Comfortable and wide beds, Good bathroom and kitchen, Large TV and ample seating, Plenty of natural light, Small verandah with good views, Kind and helpful staff.

Loved the apartment-style room with a well-equipped kitchenette, which was perfect for making my own coffee and snacks. the location is very convenient, just a short walk from the main shopping area and train station. I also appreciated the 24-hour supermarket nearby that made life easier.

The cleanliness was not up to standard, with the room showing visible signs of wear and tear. There were issues with the bathroom that needed attention, and the bedding did not seem entirely clean.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of our room at Tokyu Stay. The washing machine was a game-changer for our 3-week trip in Japan. The hotel's location was superb, with Shibuya crossing just a 10-minute walk away. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast options were delicious. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

On the other hand, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very close to Shinsen station of the Keio line, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there is a good supermarket nearby, allowing guests to easily stock up on essentials. The hotel is located back in the neighborhood, ensuring a quieter atmosphere for a restful stay.

One downside is that the breakfast options could be improved, as the quality and variety was not up to par.

This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious rooms and convenient amenities. The kitchenette and washer/dryer combo are a bonus, and the separate bath/shower room adds a touch of luxury. The location is ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to various train lines.

the twin room we booked was incredibly spacious and allowed us to comfortably unpack and relax after a long day of exploring Tokyo. the bathroom was surprisingly large and had a separate shower/tub area, making it convenient for multiple people to use at the same time. the shower pressure was amazing and I could have stayed in there for hours. Having a washing machine in the room was a lifesaver, especially when we were exhausted and didn't want to go anywhere else. the location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street but still within a short walk of the train station and bus stop. Tokyu Stay offered great value for money and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
