The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning with a stunning view of the surroundings. The facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool area and well-stocked supermarket.

The accommodation was right beside the pool with easy access. The complex had a colonial-style that added luxury. The 4 bedroom apartment had everything we needed, including lilos for the children. The restaurants were good, the supermarket was well-stocked, and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities. It was perfect for families with young kids, as it was close to Aquaparks. The seaport was also nearby and offered delicious food, especially for those who love prawns.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for a fresher towel change frequency and slightly overpriced supermarket, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience. Our stay at Old Village in Vilamoura was fantastic! The location was perfect, with 3 pools, a supermarket, bakery, and bars and restaurants all within a short walk. The 3 bed townhouse was well-equipped, and we loved having access to numerous TV channels and sports. It was great for my 81-year-old Mum as everything was conveniently close.

The Old Village was worth every penny. The room was cozy and well-equipped, and the balcony and rooftop terrace were a lovely addition. The location was great, just a pleasant and easy 15-minute walk to the Marina. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent local recommendations.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for clean and well-maintained rooms. The attention to detail is evident, from the small terrace that provides a nice view to the staff who provide excellent service. The location in a calm area adjacent to The Old Village is a big plus, and the nearby Artisan restaurant is an added bonus.

Everything was pretty good, nothing to complain about.

The hotel facilities were excellent. There were three swimming pools, each with its own unique features, making them perfect for both children and adults. The hotel staff kept the pools and surrounding areas immaculately clean. We especially enjoyed the poolside seating areas, which had beautiful gardens attached.
