I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for taking long walks along the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel had three swimming pools, including two jacuzzis and two child pools. the location of the hotel was great, with a bus stop, beach, shops, restaurants. the variety of food offered at the breakfast and dinner buffet was impressive. Additionally, there was a pool snack bar that served snacks and beverages throughout the day, which was convenient.

The hotel did not offer free wifi, which was disappointing in this day and age. There were no labels on the food in the restaurant, so it was sometimes difficult to know what you were eating.

This hotel is great value for money with affordable prices, especially for a beachfront location in a quiet area. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The rooms have basic amenities but are well-maintained, with built-in fully mirrored wardrobes and comfortable sofas. The attention to detail, such as providing toiletries, is appreciated. Breakfast is included and offers a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

The hotel's location by the ocean was ideal, and everything we needed was within reach. The staff was friendly and pleasant, and the hotel was clean and quiet. We also appreciated the convenient bus service from the airport to the hotel, which only took about 15 minutes. our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we are very thankful to the staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet had a variety of tasty options. The staff at the restaurant were friendly. The garden with the pools was pleasant, and I enjoyed the company of numerous cats who were well-fed by the staff. The location, although not exactly in Playa de Ingles, was still nice, with smaller beaches along the way. The hotel itself had its charm, with clean and decent-sized sea view rooms.

Three pools, though I preferred swimming in the sea. Big quiet lounge on the ground floor. Very close to the beach. Good range of food at dinner.

Additionally, the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable.

Close to beach, bus stop, and promenade. Big rooms, outdoor area with 3 pools + 2 for kids and 2 Jacuzzi. Friendly staff, comfy pillows. All-inclusive drinks not self-service, limited food availability outside meal times.
