Lovely and Convenient Stay

We stayed at this charming hotel for our recent visit to Lisbon. From the moment we entered, we were captivated by its timeless beauty. The service was impeccable, with the concierge providing us with excellent tips to explore the city. The breakfast at the Sala on level 2 was delightful, and the bar on the ground floor was a peaceful oasis after our sightseeing. Our room on level 6 was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is wonderfully situated in the heart of this vibrant city, perfect for exploring the city’s historical landmarks and artistic offerings. The hotel evokes an old-world charm complete with an elegant dining room and beautifully appointed rooms. The concierge was welcoming and helpful, offering excellent restaurant tips and genuinely friendly service.

The check-in process felt lacking, with no helpful offer of directions or suggestions during this crucial first impression.

We loved the location, which was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast each day was an incredible feast with a wide variety of options. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We also appreciated the little surprises left in our room, like shopping bags and treats.

The hotel's beautiful historic building adds character to the stay, and its prime location allowed us to explore most attractions within walking distance. The friendly service made us feel special, and the exceptional breakfast spread with fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, eggs, bacon. I also appreciated the complementary bottle of sparkling wine and the free phone with wifi provided during our stay. Highly recommended!
