Great Hotel Baia Grande experience, friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast selection. The pools were a good size and the outdoor area was spacious. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to town, which was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the breakfast had a decent selection of food and the coffee was good. the location was great, close to some good restaurants and a short taxi ride to the city center.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful. They seemed annoyed when we asked for directions or recommendations.

The staff were lovely, the pool and surrounding area also lovely as was the room. The deluxe pool view room was tastefully redecorated and the hotel had a "grown-up" atmosphere. The mermaid bar and the piano bar had great staff. The housekeeping staff did a great job. The hotel offered free parking and the air conditioning in the room worked flawlessly. The swimming pool was clean and there were plenty of spots available. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage. The hotel had a peaceful location. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Guests could use the hotel facilities even after checking out.

The hotel's services were top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and more available to ensure our comfort. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, complete with a balcony where we could unwind and enjoy the beautiful rural views. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. we couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

The hotel is located in a mainly residential area, offering beautiful views of the sea and a stunning sunset in the evening. There are plenty of walks available away from the town, but it's close enough to walk if desired. The hotel also provides transport that can be booked the day before for guests who prefer not to walk. The hotel caters more to the older generation rather than young people.

The breakfast included in the stay was truly average and the cooked elements were fairly bad.
