I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located in the heart of Porto, just one block away from the river. The location was superb, as it was very close to everything I wanted to see. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They provided me with a handy map upon arrival and even drew directions for me. The hotel's proximity to the river front allowed me to enjoy beautiful views and visit a variety of restaurants and shops.

We stayed at Hotel Carris Porto Ribeira for a few nights during our visit to Porto. The room was large and cozy, with separate heating which was great after a cold day exploring the city. The view of Ribiera was amazing, and the location was perfect for walking to cafes and other attractions. The staff was welcoming and efficient, and the hotel lobby was really nice.
