The location was unbeatable! ! Just a quick stroll to the picturesque waterfront and major attractions. Our room was clean, cozy, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was delightful with plenty of choices.

Unfortunately, our check-in was confusing and took longer than expected. The noise from street traffic at night was somewhat disruptive, which detracted from the overall experience.

The quirky room layout and unique architectural design enhanced the experience, making it more memorable. Breakfast chaos was alleviated by the creativity of staff preparing omelets on the spot, though room coffee was notably absent.

bird droppings on the balcony? really? plus, how hard would it be to add a small fridge? coming from a so-called 'luxury' hotel, i expected a welcome gift or at least complimentary snacks, but i was just left high and dry. almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need, like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy lounge area. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with my bags, and I've always found them helpful. I highly recommend staying here when visiting. I'll be back soon for another city trip.
