I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located in the heart of Porto, just one block away from the river. The location was superb, as it was very close to everything I wanted to see. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They provided me with a handy map upon arrival and even drew directions for me. The hotel's proximity to the river front allowed me to enjoy beautiful views and visit a variety of restaurants and shops.

We stayed at Hotel Carris Porto Ribeira for a few nights during our visit to Porto. The room was large and cozy, with separate heating which was great after a cold day exploring the city. The view of Ribiera was amazing, and the location was perfect for walking to cafes and other attractions. The staff was welcoming and efficient, and the hotel lobby was really nice. The modern and clean room had plenty of amenities, including coffee and tea. a great stay!

Everything is within walking distance, from the most interesting sites in the city to the Metro station. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic stay. They are always ready to help and provide excellent service. The rooms are spacious and modern, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is so comfortable, it feels like sleeping on a cloud. And the hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

While the receptionists and housekeepers could benefit from some additional training, they still do their best to provide a great experience. Families will love this hotel, it is perfect for a memorable vacation.
