The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk away from the main attractions. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with useful information and recommendations during our stay. the breakfast provided in the morning was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Our room had some significant drawbacks. The room was dark and damp, with visible mold and a lingering smell.

our recent family holiday in sintra was truly magical, thanks to casa da pendoa. the stunning views, modern design, and spacious room made us feel like we were in a castle. the friendly staff provided us with coffee, cornflakes, and fresh bread every morning. it exceeded our expectations and created wonderful memories.

We stayed in a charmingly cosy apartment in the heart of the old town, close to the bustling city center. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the views from the windows were breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided helpful tips on where to go in the historic district. The fresh bread, cheese, and coffee for breakfast were a delightful touch.

The beds were a bit too soft for our liking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location. Close to the center of town and without all the tourists. The staff was friendly and responsive. They even upgraded me to the best suite with an amazing view. Free parking was available right in front of the hotel.

During our stay at Casa Da Pendoa, we were impressed by the warm and helpful welcome we received at reception. The staff provided us with fantastic suggestions on places to visit, dine, and things to do, making our experience in Sintra truly enjoyable. The apartment itself was spacious and allowed us to feel immersed in the local culture of Portugal.

Couldn't stay longer.

I loved the cozy and beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. The exceptional location allowed easy access to attractions and transportation. The bonus was the lovely flowery garden that added to the natural charm of the place.

Difficult to find the apartment at night and there were a lot of steps to climb. Lack of hob and washing machine in our apartment, despite the incorrect photos.

Situated in a plaza near the national palace, this cosy hotel provides easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. Guests can enjoy the picturesque views of the organic landscape of Sintra from their rooms, which are filled with natural light. The comfortable oversized beds with great mattresses and plush linens ensure a restful stay.

One downside is that the keypad entry system had some issues, causing delays and inconvenience for some guests.
